Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Items:
Should the customer receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, Amerfit will cover the return shipping charges. Additionally, the customer will be entitled to a full refund with 0 restocking fee.
Other Reasons for Return:
For reasons such as a change of mind, no longer needing the product, or other non-quality related issues (e.g., not liking the color, finding a better deal elsewhere), Amerfit offers the following return options:

Seven Days No Reason Return: Customers have a window of 7 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request for any reason other than quality concerns. During this period, there will be no restocking fee, but customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Customers can either use an unpaid label provided by Amerfit or use their own shipping label.

Return Requests within 30 Days: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested between 7 and 30 days from the date of purchase will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return Requests within 90 Days: All return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested between 30 and 90 days from the date of purchase will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unworn condition. Returns of damaged items, items showing signs of use, items not in their original packaging, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
